Fuel Registers ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Fuel Registers mobile application and website at fuelregisters.com. By using our Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

When you register or use Fuel Registers, we may collect the following personal information:

• Full name — for account identification
• Email address — for login, account management, and transactional emails

• Business address (city, district, province, postal code) — for setting up your fuel station profile
• Location / GPS data — to associate your station with a geographic location on the map. This is used only within the app and is not sold or shared with advertisers.

We do not collect social media profile information, contacts/phonebook data, or camera images.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To operate the petrol pump management features of the Service
• To send transactional emails (e.g., email verification, password reset, subscription receipts) via our email provider, Resend
• To associate your station with its correct GPS location
• To provide customer support
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising, remarketing, or sell it to third parties.

3. Email Communications

We send transactional emails only — such as account verification, password resets, and subscription-related notices. We use Resend as our email delivery provider. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy. We do not send marketing or promotional emails.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Fuel Registers offers a paid subscription. Payment processing is handled securely. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Subscription billing records (amount, date, status) are retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

5. Advertising and Analytics

We do not show advertisements within the application. We do not use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or remarketing/advertising services.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., Resend for email, hosting providers). These parties are contractually bound to keep your data confidential.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or government authority in Pakistan or applicable jurisdiction.
• Business transfer — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may transfer to the successor entity.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., financial records).

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication (via Supabase), and access controls to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Fuel Registers is a business management tool intended for adults operating fuel stations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

10. Your Rights

As a user of Fuel Registers, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
